- Back a few years ago, no one even cared about complementary colors. But now? WIth the tools available, it's expected that you understand color, heirarchy, contrast and composition. All foreign words just a few years ago.
- Great subject lines used to be the domain of great, highly skilled copywriters. But today, everyone has access to tools that make them pretty darned good. You either catch up or get left behind.
